Guernsey Community Foundation invites applications for grants for first quarter of 2013

March 19th, 2013 by Guernsey Community Foundation

The Guernsey Community Foundation has a total of £50,000 available – £12,500 for each quarter – to Guernsey voluntary or charitable organisations for the year 2013.

The application process for the first quarter opened on 15 March 2013.

The closing date for applications is Friday 12 April 2013, with funding being awarded in May 2013.

In 2012, the theme for grant applications was social inclusion.

In 2013, the principal theme is Capacity Building: priority will be given to improving the all-round capability of voluntary organisations supporting the local community.

Either one or more grants will be awarded, totalling up to £12,500.

The minimum application amount is £1,000.

There is no restriction on the type of funding that can be applied for e.g. capital or operating expenses.
