According to the States of Guernsey Public Services Department, Christmas trees for recycling can be dropped off during opening hours until 22 January 2013 at the following locations:

The Longue Hougue Recycling Facility is open during weekdays from 7.30 am to 4 pm and on weekends from 9.00 am to 1 pm.
You can also use your Christmas tree to raise funds for Guernsey charities.
Sorted will collect your Christmas tree for a fee of £5.00 of which £3.00 will be shared with three Guernsey charities:
