Kevin Driscoll of Patois pork is offering a pig butchery and sausage making workshop at his Patois Pork premises on Pont Vaillant Lane, Vale between 7 pm and 9 pm on 29 September 2011.

This event is open to Guernsey Smallholders’ members only.  Annual membership is £5.00
