Guernsey Electricity engineers, working closely with Jersey Electricity engineers, have completed the latest stage of restoring Guernsey’s undersea inter-connector cable to Jersey. Guernsey’s faulty undersea electricity cable recovered for repair

Specialist cable repair engineers working alongside Channel Islands Electricity Grid engineers on board the Team Oman recovered the faulty section of the undersea cable that runs between Guernsey and Jersey. Guernsey Electricity director Sally-Ann David said “working overnight and using a remotely operated vehicle,
