Rocquette Cider’s website states “Rocquette Cider’s Guernsey Honey is a true reflection of our approach to sustainability and to harnessing the complete lifecycle of the orchard. “Our bees play an important role in the development of our harvest and are key to pollinating the orchard.”

“That’s why our honey has a very distinctive flavor derived from our apple tree flowers mixed with wild foraged nectar from around the farm. We believe that Guernsey Honey is of the highest quality which can always be distinguished by taste, flavour and consistency.”
