Guernsey smallholders offer workshop on pig butchery and sausage making on 23 July

Kevin Driscoll of Patois Pork and the Guernsey Smallholders is providing a pig butchery and sausage making workshop at his Patois Pork premises on Pont Vaillant Lane, Vale from 1 pm to 5 pm on 23 July 2011.
