In 2010 over 60 participants including the scouts, beavers and clubs of the 9th St Peters Scout Group collected two 75 litre capacity sacks of plastic bottles, one sack of aluminium cans, and six sacks of mixed waste including fishing tackle, a plastic cover for a vacuum clearn, black plastic soffits and gutters from a house, lumps of solid tar, a heavy duty boat vessel chain, broken glass bottles, and assorted small plastic pieces.

Everyone is welcome to help with the beach clean.  For further details please call Deputy David de Lisle on 263077 or email david.delisle @ cwgsy.net
