Kevin Driscoll of Patois Pork brings his full-service trailer with refrigerated display case to the Sausmarez Manor farmers’ market in St. Martin to offer a full range of Guernsey-reared pork as well as Guernsey beef and lamb.
Patois Pork’s sausages are very popular and regularly sell-out.
Kevin will take special orders for the following farmers’ market.

I purchased 6 Patois Pork & herb sausages on Saturday at the Farmers Market and fried them gently then added mango chutney to make what we call “sticky sausages” – they were divine – thank you Patois Pork! We’ll be back for more!
