More top engineers required

Every day I come across situations where the skill bases of heating, plumbing and electrical engineers are challenged. I will be reporting at least weekly about some the issues I come across. Basically the inherent problem is there are not enough trained engineers on the planet to ‘save the planet’ (whatever that means to people), and that’s across the board from residential to commercial to industrial, no matter what kind of energy resource exploitation we are talking about. We have an engineering crisis, massive training and re-training is required.
